COVID-19 RESPONSE

Our commitment to YOU during these challenging times: 

Everyday we strive to keep our customers and employees safe and healthy, especially now as we face COVID-19 together as a community. Our health and safety practices are rigid and robust, and social awareness and responsibility are practiced by our entire team. In addition to guidelines set out by international and nation health authorities, from Monday, 23 March 2020, our standard practices will introducing temperature checks for every member of our staff and customers entering the premises. The infra-red thermometers are non-evasive and contactless. Anyone exhibiting high temperatures will not be granted access to MM premises.

In addition, our online platform is just another way that we strive to provide our coMMunity with nutritional and delicious groceries in the safest manner possible. Thank you for shopping with us! 

 

1. What is the shipping cost? 

Our shipping is free with any purchase above 40 £. We deliver in Zones 1, 2 and 3. MM comes to you! Food is delivered straight to your door. If you preorder, we’ll deliver it for free to your home.

*Minimum basket order £40

2. What happens if I order after 5 pm? 

If you order after 5 pm it’s no problem! Your order is received the next day so your order will be delivered within 48 hours. We only deliver in zones 1, 2 and 3. 

3. Which service is delivering my order? 

We have our own private delivery service, an MM driver will take your order safely in a refrigerated van. 

4. Do you have contactless delivery? 

All of our deliveries are carried out contactless and the package is left outside your door. We take all the proper Health & Food Safety measurements to ensure our coMMunity’s safety. 

5. How are you supporting the Community during these difficult times?

We are happy to prepare and deliver 100 bags of ‘essential items’ to Peabody to be distributed to vulnerable London residents. 

We are committed to providing essential items like pasta, rice, fresh groceries and freshly, on-site baked bread to the Londoners in need, to get through these difficult times together. We will continue to collaborate with our stakeholders to reach as many people as possible.

6. What’s your opening times?

Our opening hours have been updated and our Grocery and Deli remain open Monday - Sunday. Thank you for your continued support!

Monday - Saturday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm

Sunday 12:00 - 6:00 pm 

7. Do you have a Click & Collect service?

If you specify within the comments that you would like to collect today we will be more than happy to prepare it for you

8. Do you have vegan & vegetarian options? 

Of course we do! We are an inclusive market and understand the importance of offering great food for all diets! We believe in clean, good food for you and the planet! 

9. Are your markets open?

Our Elephant & Castle and Mayfair food markets are temporarily closed.

However, in line with our business focus on our communities, we will operate the Deli/Market in each of the sites from 11am to 7pm Monday – Saturday and 12pm – 6pm on Sundays. Local residents will be able to buy general groceries (take away only).

We wish all our community members, visitors and their families the best health and wellbeing during this unprecedented time and we are confident that the UK will be back in shape very soon. 

10. What is your Return & Refund Policy?

Our return policy is simple. If you are not happy with our products, please contact us and we will add credit to your account for a future purchase.
